I am one week pregnant so wht kind of diet food n fruits should I take

A. hi it is best to take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables fruit nuts pulses beans dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene just avoid extreme spicy and sugary food and avoid fruits like pineapple, Custerd apple and papaya
