I am not pregnant my blood sugar are high 250 but urine sugar is normal am I diabetic

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Yes if your blo d sugars are high then it shows the signs of diabetes so cut down on your sugars avoid refined foods and eat more fibre rich foods and include millets as they are low in glycemic index
