Q.
i am not getting sufficient milk to my baby, she is 4 months old, can u suggest solid foods for her.

No Solid food can be given to the child at this age let your child completes the age of 26 weeks then you go ahead with that as of now you continue with mothers feeding and if it is less for you then you can go for top feeding for the child that would be a supplementary feed for the child
