I am not able to recall whether polio vaccine/drop was given to my 2.5 yrs old son or not. How can I track or come to know?any one can plz suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.5 years old and you can not remember if he was given opv or ipv then don’t worry just give him two doses of opv as pulse polio campaign
