my baby continuously keeps crying for sucking. as per paediatrician he is latching well, growing well and weight is also increasing well
he becomes cranky after wake up. even if already breast fed, keeps on sucking fingers and cries to suck. earlier he was not so cranky during massage or bathing. now he keeps on asking for sucking and cries to an extent that we get frightened..
please suggest any opinions

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows mhfilk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
