I am mother of 7 months old baby girl.. for the past few days I have back ache during morning time what can I do ??

A. hello mam you need to visit your doctor especially orthopedician as one reason for this might be in correct posture while sleeping or change in matress composition if you have changed recently...

A. s mam I had normal delivery nd due to covid situation I am afraid of going to hospital can u suggest me any exercise??

A. Ma’am If you had a normal delivery then I’m just going to advise you to start with a little bit of exercises try to straighten your bank for sure because when you feed your child apostle can definitely go for a toss you’ll have to work on that otherwise you can apply any hot water bottle or a bottle or a Heating pad
