Q.

I am mother of 4 month old baby. My last period was on 7 June 2024 and on 24 June I have a very less period which remains for only one day and till date no periods. I tested for pregnancy but result was -ve . What to do now

A. Periods after delivery may remain irregular for a few months . if no pregnancy then nothing to worry for no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is normal post delivery due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for further evaluation and seek advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and a healthy lifestyle
