Q.

I am mother of 4.5 months old baby and I am suffering from huge hairfall.I am taking protein and calcium rich food like Daal, soyabean ,paneer etc.. but no reduction in hairfall.Can you please suggest what should I have to do?

A. It happens in post pregnancy but stop worrying about it as stress also leads to hairfall. DO oil massage regularly and use mild shampoo. MIX coconut oil with castor oil with equal quantity its a good source for hair growth. if possible use sometimes onion juice before hair wash it will help to stop hairfall
