I am mother of 3 children….i have severe hair fall and dandruff…how i get thick hair??…any remdy plz replyy

I will suggest to apply mixture of coconut oil and two drops of castor oil , twice in a week
it makes scalps hydrated and help in nourishing hair from its roots.
