Q.

I am mother of 1.yr 8 month daughter I am still on my breastfeeding journey as I am taking calcium and iron supplements 500mg 1 tablet at night just curious to know what is the dosage of calcium and iron to be taken? Is it the right dosage I m taking or do I need to increase or keep it the same dosage

A. Yes it is the right dose and prefer raking calcium with milk as fat in milk helps in it’s a better absorption on the body and eat a healthy nutritious diet
