I am Monika I have delivered a baby boy 19november 2022,now I have facing lower milk secrition what I do to improve my breast milk supply.

although I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child
because it mostly depends on demand and supply.
massage your breasts with warm coconut oil which stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply
