i am mom of 2 years old, working from home now. planning to go office as he turns 2 now. what can I substitute with breast milk, whether i choose cow's milk or Nestle nan grow ? i started cow's milk at 1.5 years. later I stopped giving as he had iron deficiency at that time doctor advised stop cow's milk as he drank too much breast milk..can I stop feeding now .? or till which age good for weaning.. what the best substitute for breast milk after 2 years?
