I am in my first trimester can i eat mutton curry

I don’t see any problem with that in fact the the doctor say that you should have good amount of protein and specially they do recommend eggs so having mutton curry should not be a problem in case of any doubt of any other problem in your pregnancy you can always take a check with your gynaecologist what to eat and what to avoid
