I am in my 4th month. Can I have pineapple?

Pineapple papaya are completely banned to be eaten during the time of pregnancy it is not healthy because it can help in termination of pregnancy as well as sometimes it can hit early labour also there could be different which is why I am going you recommend you to avoid it
