i am in 36th week of pregnancy I have cold and mild cough since morning. can i do any gharelu medication?

please do take lukewarm water every 30 minutes in spoon quantity
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
please don't get exposed to wind and blow
take easy to Dihest food
