I am in 36th week of my pregnancy, I frequently get severe pains like menstrual cramps starting from lower abdomen, lower back and even knees and heels are aching , please help me to understand what would be the reason for the pain ?

A. hi mom severe pain can be due to multiple reasons such as pid uti cyst etc ... so u need to consult with your gynecologist for proper examination and treatment

A. it's common after delivery Try some slow wall sliding exercises it might give instant relief and it's good in the long run to your health. Go for a warm compress too that can help you relax. Don't carry baby in one hand. Go for a oil massage. It is alos good. Take good rest. This is very important Continue with your iron and calcium supplements. Avoid cold water baths and avoid to take cold foods. Sit comfortably with pillows and cushions. Avoid heels and go for flats.
