mam,it is caused by Hormonal changes.
don't worry it will regularise by own.
just take healthy and well blanaced diet to prevent it .
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid drinking RO water.
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder
stay stress free as it can also affect .
