Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be takfen after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the doctor

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please ask your questions in details and it should be clear too and also it may be due to hormonal changes and please evaluate once yourself with your gynaecologist in person. Can also have Shaadmani Red clover green tea as it is very helpful in hormonal imbalances. Take care
