I am having lower abdominal pain at a particular point..and sometimes the whole abdomen along with back pain. I find difficult mostly at night while changing sides. i find uncomfortable while sitting, standing or even walking. I asked my gynaec a ,he gave antibiotics saying it as urine infection,but i have found no change
