Q.

i am having constipation and hard stool which doesnot pass and seems like it is stuck in the opening. kindly suggest advices.

A. Hi mom Have ghee in warm milk before sleeping as natural laxative. This will help to soften the stool and it will come out easily.. Secondly increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur diet to get relief from constipation
