I am giving feeding to my baby boy , he is 5 months old ,can I take sabja seeds.

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. yes you can take subject but see that it is not in cold water because due to winters you might catch cold and cough and that affect your baby as well so you should take it in normal water sabja seeds are really very good for health and digestion it will be helpful
