A. Apples are rich in vitamin C which acts as an antioxidant. According to the case study, “healthy adults of 25 years showed low levels of oxidative stress and inflammation after eating apples consecutively before going to bed.” Hence, eating apples at night can be beneficial in terms of promoting good sleep.
