Q.

I am getting tired with kids feeding and making them play as a result I am getting irritation on them and beeting them after sometime I feel guilty for herring them is there any way to make them happily feed and look after them happily

A. hello mom, first thing a calm down, you can seek help from your partner or other family member during feeding and paying attention to kid when you are doing household chores.. check out some quality time for yourself in the time you can read something or do yoga meditation which will Heal Your Mind also
