I am getting insufficient milk, not sufficient for my baby, sometimes breasts filling, after feeding to baby breasts empty, again it will take 8 to 10 hour's to gain milk, how I can resolve it, I having all lactation foods nd promolact granules

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother you must stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular interval and it is your doubt that a milk take 8 to 10 hours to form again since it is a natural process and it will never end until you are properly e eating healthy diet stay calm because the tension is very bad for a feeding mother you must start adding Jeera in your daily diet you can also make a mix of jaggery and Jeera sahte a in be and have it regularly with your glass of milk
