I am feeling very weekness and my health is very down after my delivery.

A. Hi Mom Stay hydrated Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Stay hydrated Massage regularly with coconut oil
