Q.

I am feeling very strong moments from afternoon, is this a cause of concern? does this mean that baby is in distress or these are contractions?

A. Hello dear! If your due date is anytime around then it can indicate delivery. Just keep observing the movements or contractions. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Let the doctor know about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
