Q.
I am feeling very low.. I am not getting enough sleep.. I love my baby but it's been so hard these days... how much I do people always judge me. I think I am not able to take anymore..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. this is puerperal psychosis common after delivery ok csfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

try enjoying your mother hood
take care of yourself have healthy and balanced diet
keep yourself well hydrated
continue with vitamin supplements prenatal for three months
