I am feeling so tired all the day and having pain in my body specily in knee pelvic foot while walking on floor having so painful also my skin or face going to dull no shine or glow on my skin please suggest

It could be due to deficiency in the body that you are having and also when you are low on these things feeling tired and all are very normal and natural sometimes it could be associated with low BP also please have an assessment with your doctor you need to run test
