Q.

I m 30 years old. Feeling very tired after walking and doing some household work for past few months and heart beat also faster.Why am I feeling so tired?

A. drink coconut water, nimbupani daily once in a day

A. hi it happens because of bp issue, nutritional deficiencies of vitamin D and vitamin B12 so please start taking multivitamin as per your doctor's prescription take Healthy and nutritious diet avoid outside food items keep your self well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
