Q.
i am feeling feverish n my baby is 1 month n 5 days old.. can i breastfeed my baby??? and can i take paracetamol or dolo?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. yes paracetamol is safe during the lactation period you can take it if your having fever but fever indicates infection and if if you do not follow proper precaution it you may transmit the infection to the baby but still you can feed the baby
