Use only organic apple cider vinegar.
Avoid Unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
have healthy diet n plenty of fluids

Hi You should avoid it for the time being because a lot of times when mothers have birthdays they can it can actually change the taste of the breast feed so it would be important as of now that you don’t take it because if you take it and its think changes then it would be difficult for you to feed your child ahead
