as you are nursing mother ,better to avoid fasting.
instead of it ,take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
take small bowl of salad or sprouts as breakfast.
avoid taking Junk food items.
increase your fluid intake.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
