A. if you are breastfeeding and you can have sufficient breastmilk for the baby you can fast. you can try for a day or 2 if you feel baby is getting affected due to insufficient breastmilk then you can stop fasting . priority is now to have sufficient breastmilk for the baby. you can have enough when you eat well and frequently breastfeed. take a call based on these.
