I am expecting soon, next month how should I prepare myself mentally and physically?

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. avoid taking stress of delivery and just be strong enough to have normal delivery

A. Take rest for 2 to 3 months and do walk and eat healthy

A. see God has given you the most beautiful gift and the most responsible duty so he has decided it's ways just be relax and calm .try to be active as much as you can .don't bother about other things
