Q.

I am expecting and will deliver in July.. elder one will turn 2 in June. can you suggest good tips for last month of pregnancy so I can deliver normally and stay calm and healthy

A. Ma’am you’ve already been a mother so you know how things are of course so your two things I’m going to tell you since you’re older one is not much old you have to prepare your child if you have for the new sibling to come otherwise you need to face a lot of chaos with the older one just spend maximum time with your older child so that when you have less time for the child child does not miss it just eat well relax just read good meditate your good things and just enjoy your time
