I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby, he is 2.5 month old now. my periods have started. is it normal to get your periods this early while breadtfeeding

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom It is totally normal this is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. Even after periods you can continue breastfeeding your baby it will not affect your breast feeding at all. You just have to maintain a proper diet and continue breastfeeding as he was doing before
