I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old baby. I am having my period since yesterday and bleeding is really heavy. Also breast milk is coming less. Is this normal? What can be taken for heavy bleeding and to increase breast milk. I don't have any significant pain

A. Hi it happens dont worry. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
