Q.

I am doing floor exercise in my 37 weeks but after one day I have pain in my upper thighs, can you advise me how to reduce this pain ? it's very uncomfortable with weight gain and legs pain

A. hi mom apply some coconut oil or balm and gently massage the area if you are still feeling pain once show to doctor . try to do simple exercises causing less pain.

A. Dr suggest floor exercise for baby' head engaging in palvic area and it helps for normal delivery too ... as you said that you have pain now so you should go for massage and keep warm water pad on that area so you can get relief ...and for next time do exercise slowly and with the help of someone . because now baby is grown and body is also heavy .

A. Are you doing exercise exercises approved by the doctor or not that is not clear to me plus if you’re having too much of pain in the thighs maybe you pulled muscle or a nerve in that case you please consult your gynaecologist once
