I am brest feeding mom of 3 month old baby. Now I am having cold and fever . what to do.

A. take medication as per doc advice. anyway you can feed your baby. if possible wear a mask while feeding the child. get the help of some care taker for the baby until you become better. it's not that through breast milk the cold will be transferred to the baby but It can pass maybe when you cough or sneeze.

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .rt Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
