I am breastfeeding mother from 10 months but recently from 20 days I am feeling very thirsty and also tired is this breastfeeding mother faces this issue or not any disorder please help me

The first , please don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Take sunbath daily
Take more probiotics
Please get yourself diagnosed for any deficiency if there is deficiency please take supplements prescribed by your physician
