hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue. So nothing to worry about it much. Firstly take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist secondly have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for your skin and hair.take adequate rest. Always oil to hair and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then take head bath. Use luke warm water to take head bath.
