I am breast feeding mother my right side breast is very hard and painful how to get rid of from this i did hot compress but it didn't work

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi yes, usually it happens because of engorgement. so , express milk through hands or breastpump . or take hot shower or warm water bath. Wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
