I am breast feeding mother I am gettin neck pain how can I cure it can anyone help me.

Neck pain could be because of variety of reasons
But the prime reason /root cause is vitamin D3 and calcium deficiency
Take sunbath daily without failure..
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized.Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350..
Take calcium rich diet (baajra , jau , raagi ) , citrus fruits (vitamin c rich food ) and probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc..
Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics..
Please consult physiotherapist once to get some relief
