i am below weight, after delivery how i can increase my weight?

A. Hi dear mom, you should have a proper balanced diet, include milk and milk products like paneer, ghee, curd in every meal.. Eat soaked almonds and walnuts in the morning.. Have protein rich foods like Eggs, chicken, fish and start exercise
