Q.

I am an EBF mom, 4 months post partum. My period came in 15 days. Before this 18 days. They were never like this earlier. Is this normal? Ultrasound 2 months back was normal, before periods started #AskAnExpert

A. having irregular periods after delivery is very common and you don't need to take any medication or treatment for that just try to make a propose schedule so that you can get properly whenever babies sleeping and have nutritious diet intake to maintain good health

A. hi usually it happens because of hormonal changes and as your reports are normal, if you don't have any discomfort,then it is ok but the gap between periods is much less so you need to talk with your gynec for this take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated drink juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning which help to avoid Periods this much early
