Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after tafking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milkc intake.
