Q.

I am affected with mastitis on right breast, baby completely refuses that side so can feed only on left side, if he still remains cranky I top feed with lactogen, it's becoming very difficult for me to track if baby is getting enough feed

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after tafking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milkc intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
