Q.

My baby is 3 months old and he is on breast feed only. how could I get to know that he is getting sufficient milk? I'm worried because he is taking feed from only right side and refuses to take feed from left. so I'm worried if he is getting sufficient milk from only one side.

A. Hi It is very important that you feed your child from both your breast otherwise there will be a size difference amongst both your breast so as of now if your child is taking feed from one side then you should actually express your breast feed from the other breast and give it to the child with a bottle and if your child is not demanding for a feed for almost 2 hours or more that means you’re giving sufficient breastfeed you
