I am able to express only 140 ml a day how hard I try. Is it so the milk production is very less?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Include raw papaya in ur diet. This also helps to increase breast milk supply. Take care
