The baby is of 2.5 months old and my periods has started again. The milk production has become so less. what is the remedy to increase the milk production?

Shatavari how do you can take three times in the day with warm milk make sure to have plenty of fluids and protein which diet should be really good so these things you can do but let me also connect at the same time the doctor say that period have got no connection with your breastfeeding
