A. Hello good morning !! Once think what making you think like this - You personally feels missing family, kids,no elders support to look after kids, society pressure.. Try whether an option of work from home suits to you. First have analysis on expenses, debts if any and income whether your husband's salary is enough to meet your end expenses and in future too (kids schooling) If you need to work then prepare a schedule wake up time, baby works, house hold chores, office hours . After coming home spend quality time Atleast half an hour will give you relief ask your spouse help and spend time together with baby (family members).
